Frank is an emerging composer based in Sydney, Australia. Trained at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music, Frank works in many different mediums, composing for chamber ensembles, choir, electroacoustic and electronic ensembles, as well as creating installations and performance art.

Inspired by traditions of socially-engaged art and relational aesthetics, Frank's compositions often involve a response to, or call for, small acts of community solidarity or larger movements of political agitation, particularly with regard to the challenge of creating sustainable urban ecosystems.
